General Liability – Interior Trade Contractors – New York City (All 5 Boroughs)

We have partnered with an “A” rated carrier to provide our member agencies with a General Liability Program for New York interior trade contractors domiciled and conducting business in the Greater New York City area (five boroughs), including Long Island.

Risk characteristics for this program include:

• Mid-to-Large experienced interior trade contractors
• Principally perform limited new construction
• Mostly perform service to existing structures and retro-fit projects

This specialty program also includes “Third Party Action Over” coverage!

General Liability – Residential & Light Commercial Construction Operations – NJ & Pennsylvania

In conjunction with Stonewood National Insurance Company, ANE now provides our member agencies access to a program that is targeted to providing General Liability for risks engaged in residential and light commercial construction operations domiciled and conducting business in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Our new program targets risks in business for a minimum of five years with a 4-year loss ratio of 40% or less. With over 50 eligible classes, including: interior carpentry, debris removal, commercial roofing and snow and ice removal, this ANE specifically designed program provides solid coverage.
