Coverage Differences Make Hyundai HO Special!

Introducing our newest program in coordination with Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Co.

ANE has collaborated with one of the nation’s biggest non-life insurers in order to develop a Homeowner and Dwelling Fire product exclusively for our members. Hyundai Marine and Fire Insurance Company holds an A (Excellent) credit rating from A.M. Best and an A- credit rating from S&P (Standard and Poor’s), renowned global credit rating agencies.

Our members can now write homeowner’s policies in this system with no overall premium requirement and receive full 15% commission on new and renewal policies! This robust HO3 product is very flexible and includes various unique coverages not found in many typical policies, including:

  • Home Systems Protection: covers repairs and replacement when home systems and equipment fail;
  • Identity Recovery & Fraud: provides clients with protection and recovery assistance from identity theft;
  • Service Line Coverage: covers repair and replacement of service lines on the homeowner’s property, including outdoor property;
  • Water Backup, Sump Pump & Sinkhole Collapse Coverage: covers non-flood-related water backups through sewer lines, drains and sump pump overflow, and structural damage caused by sinkhole activity;
  • Limited Fungi/Wet or Dry Rot/Bacteria Coverage: Property and Liability.

There are also some great new additions to the Underwriting Guidelines. Unlike previously stated, Hyundai Insurance is now accepting homes with oil heat! There can be NO in-ground tanks and tanks located inside the dwelling must have an annual maintenance contract.

How To Quote

Are you a member who would like to start quoting with Hyundai’s Homeowner Program? Follow these easy steps..

  1. Login to the ANE Portal ( using your personal ANE Portal user name and password. Ask your agency principal or ANE Portal administrator for a user name and password if you do not have one.
  2. Select the Hyundai Homeowners Program from the drop-down list of programs and enter the Zip Code (you will immediately be informed if a Coastal Zip Code is unaccepted).
  3. If the zip code is accepted, you will be automatically directed to the Hyundai Portal Login. Enter your agency’s assigned Hyundai user name and password. PLEASE NOTE: each ANE agency has ONE Hyundai user name and password. If the password has been changed/reset, all users of the Hyundai program must be informed.

Please do not go to Hyundai Insurance Co.’s website directly to begin quoting with our program. Your username and password will not work this way – you must go through the ANE Portal first.
